1EdTech TrustEd Apps Security Practices Rubric

The TrustEd Apps Security Practices Rubric is a supplier self-assessment tool that helps educational leaders understand and mitigate security risk in their teaching and learning environment and speeds up procurement. It deliberately targets course-level tools with access to a smaller scope of data rather than enterprise-level systems, and it was built on HECVAT and other security standards by a task force of 1EdTech institutional and supplier members. It is a self-assessment, not a certification: 1EdTech reviews and publishes what the supplier submits.
