The Comprehensive Learner Record Standard (CLR Standard) is the 1EdTech standard for secure, verifiable records of learning and employment achievement. It bundles many individually verifiable achievement credentials — courses, competencies, skills, and employer-based milestones — into a single signed record that the learner curates and controls, and it can carry credentials issued by more than one organisation.
