Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI)

Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI) is the 1EdTech standard for connecting learning platforms with external learning tools. It defines how a platform launches a tool with a signed message that carries the user and course context, so learners move between systems without separate logins. LTI Advantage extends the core launch with Deep Linking, Names and Role Provisioning, and Assignment and Grade Services.
