Certification for products and for people
1EdTech certification comes in two forms. Product certification confirms that a product implements a standard as specified, and TACL recognizes the expertise of education leaders. What you prepare depends on which one you need.
Who issues these certifications
1EdTech Global assesses and issues 1EdTech certifications. 1EdTech Korea does not develop standards or issue certifications. We are a regional partnership hub, and we help institutions and companies in Korea understand and prepare for the process. Applications and enquiries go to 1EdTech Global.

Product certification
For products
Tests whether a product implements an 1EdTech standard as specified. Products that pass carry the 1EdTech Certified logo for that standard and are listed in the TrustEd Apps Directory.

For people
TrustEd Apps Certified Leader is a professional certification for education and technology leaders. It is awarded to those who complete all five modules.
About TACL certification →Which one do you need
If your organisation builds or supplies products, product certification is the starting point. It records the fact that you have implemented a standard in a form that adopting institutions can verify.
If you decide on standards adoption or lead its rollout, TACL is the fit. The two certifications address different subjects rather than replacing one another, and a single organisation may need both.
