1EdTech TrustEd Apps Generative AI Data Rubric

The TrustEd Apps Generative AI Data Rubric is a supplier self-assessment tool covering how generative AI data is disclosed and handled — whether users are alerted that AI is in use, whether they can opt in or out, whether AI use appears in the privacy policy, where the data comes from, and whether the AI is internal or third-party. It currently contains a single Privacy Section, with at least one further section planned to address data quality, validity, and ownership. It is a self-assessment, not a certification: 1EdTech reviews and publishes what the supplier submits.
